I caught Adam staring at his hand this morning, as if communicating with it.
Being the blogging mummy that I am, I rushed to get the cam but he has moved on to staring at other things by then.
hehe, very exciting coz I read in a book that Phase 2 babies (6-14 weeks) will begin to have great interest in their hands.
Adam’s asleep now. I’m glad I didn’t have to swing him much, or place him in my sarong slim today for him to sleep well (dah 45 mins so far….good for my standards). I enjoy having him in the sling, I feel close to him. But I certainly don’t want the sling to have the same effect as the buai / pacifier. Babies must not learn to associate all these addictive agents (buai, pacifier, too much rocking) with sleep, if not, caregivers will bear the consequences.
Think Adam’s in deep sleep already, even his ayah’s sleeping sounds (hehe!) aren’t waking him
