To the Flyer

I still can’t believe we made it there. I bought the cheaper tickets last yr
but we only took the ride on the last day of the ticket validity. Ultimate procastinators, we.

The place was not crowded at all on a weekday, such that a family of 3 can have a whole capsule to themselves! The most exciting part (to me) was when the flyer ascended higher and higher…but once it was rotating, it wasn’t that scary. Adam was a lil apprehensive at first, but within minutes he was already eager to walk around. His paranoid Ayah insisted I don’t let of his (Adam’s) hands though. As if the door was going to open anytime… tsk. Though it did give me the nerves thinking about how this huge tall thing was suspended and how the victims were rescued dangling in mid air…*shudders*

We won’t be going again anytime soon, that’s fer sure. Let’s wait till the construction has been completed and there are more things to see up from the air.

  3. Tea,

I think the windows are slightly tinted so it’s not that hot in there. But come to think of it, yeah, we’re a little closer to the sun up there…

Actually Im not a fan of patterned tudung too! i prefer plain ones. This one was given my by SIL’s hub when he returned from umrah. I realised it matched quite a few outfits. Tapi kat S’pore hard to find lah..mostly bunga2 which I’m hesitant to wear..

Yups, actually not that much cheaper, cheaper by $4.50 each aje kan?jadi lah…
Wow…you’re so blessed… nasib baik tak stuck kat atas situ. Made me shiver thinking about how orang were rescued from there through a long rope. Boleh pengsan!
