is the no of days Adam has slept at night without latching on.
Out of 4 days, he cried for about 45 minutes on one night
and eventually fell asleep on his own. I heard some whimpers
and my heart just crumbled. Sometimes you just gotta be cruel
to be kind.

is the no of day I gave in and latched him on
as he refused to sleep during an afternoon nap.
I guess I’m not cruel enough at times.
It’s the 2 of us at home again today since it’s my off day.
I wonder what’s in store during the afternoon nap time later.
Maybe I should take him out for a while, that should provide
a short cut to his nap later.
He slept through the night yesterday too.
His first time ever!

Tea, yes it’s also thanks to my own laziness and bad habits for not weaning him off earlier
I’ll be saying goodbye to BFG soon, yang herannya takde withdrawal symptoms pulak…
coz it’s way overdue. ehhe…but high chances, next child, insya-Allah i dont’ think i’ll wait for 2 yrs to wean.
Learn from experience…hehe..

errr… you only have about 5 more months of uninterrupted sleep before everything goes back to square 1.
but i’m sure you’ll be enjoying it when it begins again – despite the sleepless nights. i missed breastfeeding when i stopped and am beginning to enjoy it again now.

the weaning period is such a nightmare for both mommy and child. but, it can be done. unless you want to do tandem feeding?

Nad..i have a feeling i’ll end up doing that, but so embarrassing…adam would be close to 3 then! no way…!
after 24 mths of not sleeping thru the nite (the mom that is), i’d be happy even if it lasts only 5 mths…hehe do i sound desperate already..
